Client acquisition has become a pile of disconnected tools

Most outbound teams operate a workflow across five or six subscriptions. Context gets lost in the gaps between them.

A client-acquisition platform built as one connected workflow

AcquisitionOS connects the workflow from discovering prospects to managing opportunities. Instead of moving data between tools, the prospect, the context, the outreach, the follow-up and the pipeline all live in the same workspace.

Subject: Acme's case-study gap (and a 14-day fix)

Hi Sarah,

I noticed Acme hasn't published a new case study in 14 months — your portfolio is strong, but the proof system isn't doing the work it could. We help SaaS-focused agencies turn client work into a structured case-study + booking-flow in 14 days, without re-shooting anything.

Worth a 20-minute teardown next Tuesday? I'll bring two specific suggestions for the contact page.

Who is it for?

Built for the people running real outbound

If your acquisition workflow currently lives across five tabs, AcquisitionOS is built to bring it into one. Pick a persona to see the needs it solves.

Agency Founder

Running outbound for the agency itself

You're a B2B agency founder doing your own outbound between client work. New clients, prospect intelligence and pipeline visibility all need to fit around delivery, not the other way around.

NEEDS
  • New client acquisition
  • Outbound workflow
  • Prospect intelligence
  • Pipeline visibility
WHO IT'S NOT FOR · HONEST SCOPE

We'd rather lose your signup than lose your trust

  • Purely consumer (B2C) businesses. AcquisitionOS is built for B2B outbound workflows.
  • Businesses with no outbound acquisition process. AcquisitionOS does not generate demand on its own.
  • Users looking only for a simple email sender. AcquisitionOS is a broader workflow, not a stripped-down email tool.
  • Users needing capabilities the MVP does not currently support (multi-user team workspaces, public API, certain third-party integrations).
Why AcquisitionOS

The value isn't "more features." It's a more connected workflow

Many outbound teams use multiple specialized tools. AcquisitionOS is designed to bring more of that workflow into one system, not to claim every competitor is bad.

AcquisitionOS does not claim to universally outperform every tool. The honest framing is simpler: if your workflow currently spans multiple tools, AcquisitionOS is designed to bring more of that workflow into one place.
Instead of buying 5–8 tools

Multiple tools, multiple subscriptions — or one connected system

Without AcquisitionOS, a typical outbound team assembles 5–14 separate tools to cover the acquisition workflow. Each adds a subscription, a dashboard, a CSV export, and manual orchestration. AcquisitionOS brings these connected capabilities into one system.

Economic value

We won't claim "10x more leads", here's the actual shape of the value

No fake ROI numbers. No "save $500/month" claims. The value is real but specific. Six dimensions of it.

Time

Less manual research. Less tool-switching. Less context-shuffling between five tabs.

Focus

One connected workflow means one mental model. Stop rebuilding context after every export.

Context

Lead intelligence before outreach, not after the email bounces or the prospect ghosts.

Prioritization

AI-assisted scoring helps you decide where to spend the next hour, not predict the future.

Execution

Move from prospect → outreach → follow-up → pipeline without leaving the workspace.

Visibility

See what's happening across the acquisition workflow. Every prospect, every follow-up, every deal.

These are dimensions of value, not guarantees of business results.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. AcquisitionOS consolidates parts of an acquisition workflow: prospecting, enrichment, outreach, pipeline, proposals. It doesn't replace every tool in your stack. Where it does replace a tool, you may save money; where it doesn't, you keep paying for that tool. Run the numbers, then decide.

Trust & security

Real trust, not invented badges

We don't put compliance badges on the page that we haven't formally earned. Here's what's actually in place today, and what's still in progress.

Authentication

Standard account authentication with recovery flows. No invented MFA claims until MFA is genuinely shipped.

Data handling

Your prospect data, leads, conversations and pipeline live in your workspace. We don't sell your data.

Payment security

Stripe and Razorpay handle checkout. We never see or store your card details. Payment processors do.

Account security

Account-level controls live in your workspace settings. We're honest about what's in place and what's still in progress.

Infrastructure

AcquisitionOS runs on a modern cloud stack. Reliability is real, not a marketing badge.

Compliance

We don't claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR compliance certifications we haven't formally verified. When they're in place, we'll say so here.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN…
When credits run out

Credit-consuming AI actions pause until the next cycle. Non-credit actions (viewing your pipeline, activities and follow-ups) keep working.

When the subscription renews

Your monthly credit allowance resets on renewal. Yearly subscribers get a fresh annual allowance on the yearly renewal date.

When you cancel

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your data remains exportable for a reasonable grace period.

What happens to your data

Your prospect lists, leads, conversations, pipeline and proposals stay in your workspace. We treat data portability as a real requirement, not a roadmap afterthought.

Razorpay and Stripe handle checkout securely. We never see or store your card details. CTA buttons route to the real AcquisitionOS app, not a mocked checkout.
Beta · early access

Help us break AcquisitionOS before public launch

We're looking for real outbound-heavy businesses: agencies, consultancies, B2B service businesses, sales teams, founders doing outbound. Real usage, honest feedback, workflow testing, bug discovery, missing-feature discovery.

We never share your information. The founder reads every request.
The founder

Built by Prabhat Kumar

The personal story behind AcquisitionOS, in the founder's own voice.

I built AcquisitionOS because client acquisition should not require stitching together a collection of disconnected tools just to move one prospect from discovery to opportunity.

Every agency, consultant and small B2B team I worked with ended up running the same workflow across five or six subscriptions: a prospecting tool, an enrichment tool, an outreach tool, a spreadsheet, a CRM, a proposal tool. Context got lost in the gaps. Follow-ups slipped. Time went into operating tools instead of talking to prospects.

AcquisitionOS is the system I wanted to exist: one connected workspace where discovery, enrichment, scoring, outreach, follow-up, pipeline, proposal and meeting workflow live together. AI is used where it produces practical value (analysis, prioritization, outreach generation, proposal drafts), not as a marketing badge.

The product is in active development with real outbound teams testing it against actual prospecting workflows. I want AcquisitionOS to become the workspace small teams reach for when they need to compete without an enormous sales stack.

FOUNDING PHILOSOPHY
  • Build useful software.
  • Reduce unnecessary fragmentation.
  • Use AI where it produces practical value.
  • Keep the workflow understandable.
  • Help small teams compete without an enormous sales stack.
Founding story

How AcquisitionOS came to be, without invented milestones

A real timeline. No fake dates, no fake funding, no fake customer numbers.

Idea

Notice that client acquisition is a workflow everyone runs across a fragmented stack of tools. Decide to build the connected version.

Problem

Validate with real outbound teams: agencies, consultants, B2B SaaS founders. The pain is consistent: context lost between tools, follow-ups missed, time spent operating tools.

MVP

Build the first connected version: discovery, enrichment, scoring, outreach, pipeline, proposals, meetings. Stripe + Razorpay for payment. AI used where it produces practical value.

Testing

Real outbound teams use AcquisitionOS against real prospecting workflows. Bugs surfaced, missing features logged, follow-up workflows pressure-tested.

Public beta

Open beta for outbound-heavy businesses: agencies, consultancies, sales teams, founders doing outbound. Apply through the Beta section.

Future· PLANNED

Team workspaces, public API, calendar and CRM integrations, workflow automation, deeper prospect intelligence. Long-term direction, clearly labelled as planned.

Vision

The future of client acquisition isn't more tools.

It's a connected system.
